Sitebuilder's mail form is not working


In order to troubleshoot such an issue please follow these steps:

  • Make sure you have published your site from:;
  • Make sure you are sending an email to a valid email account, preferably on the same server;
  • If you have set it to send mails to a server different from ours, please check your Bulk / Spam folder for the submitted messages.
  • If nothing of the above helps, please republish your mail form. This should resolve the issue.
